Policies

CANCELLATION

I require a 48-hour notice to cancel/reschedule your scheduled appointment.  Through my booking site you are required to input your credit card information through a secure system using Gloss Genius and if for some reason you do need to cancel within that 48-hour window there will be a charge of 50% of your scheduled service in order to book a future appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please notify me immediately if you seem to be running late.  I will do my best to accommodate.  A late arrival of 15 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled.  And you will be charged have of yourbooked service.

REDOS

I love making my clients feel their best and guarantee my work. You must let me know within the first 5 days if you are unhappy with your service. I  do not offer refunds.

CHILDREN

I  love children heck I have a beautiful daughter, however the salon studio just isn’t a safe place for a child.  Due to liability reasons I ask that you please arrange for childcare on your appointment day.  Us mama’s need and deserve some pamper time too!

PAYMENT

I currently accept all major forms of credit cards, cash & venmo.
